Frequently Asked Meal Questions
Where do you get your produce from?
We only use the highest quality ingredients for our meals. We buy fresh and cook on the same day. Our meats and other produce are never frozen and always purchased a maximum a day before we freshly make all meals.
How long do meals last for?
Fresh meals last for approximntly 4 days, however our meals are freezable, lasting anywhere between 3-6 months.
Are your meals macro friendly?
Yes, all of our meals are macro and calorie counted. You can find the specifics under each specific meal.
How does your menu rotation work?
We will be offering a new selection of freshly made recipes each week! Be sure to place your order before our cut off times: Tuesday 10PM // Saturday 10PM
Delivery & Pick-Up
How far do you deliver?
We offer a 60KM delivery radius from our shop locsation in Coolaroo. We also have Free Delivery on orders over $200 Learn more here.
Where can I pick-up my order from?
We have a shop location in Coolaroo, where you can pick-up your order. We will send you a SMS & Email when ready!
How will I know when my meal will arrive?
Once your order is dispatched from our shop location, we will send you an email & SMS to notify you it's on the way!
How do your meals get delivered?
We Operate via Delivery Radius.
(Radius is determined from our shop location in Coolaroo)
As we use refrigerated delivery trucks to ensure your meals don't spoil, it's best if someone is home to take delivery.
If nobody is home, we are not responsible if they are left without someone present. We suggest leaving a esky or coolbag with ice at your doorstep to keep your meals cool until you return. (Cool bags will be available to purchase along with your order.)

We also offer pick-up from our shop location in Coolaroo. We will send you an SMS & Email confirming your order is ready to be picked up.
Do you deliver interstate?
At the moment we do not deliver interstate due to logicistical reasons. We only deliver within a 60KM Radius from our shop location in Coolaroo.
